What we look for.

We're not looking for generalists. We're looking for people who have gone deep on something — a sector, a methodology, a type of question — and who can explain what they found to someone making a real decision.

Research rigour matters more than credentials. Writing matters enormously. The ability to say "I don't know, but here's how I'd find out" is valued above false confidence.
